By choosing to commission me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of my Terms of Service
✦ Commission is default non-commercial. To ensure the best interests of both parties and receive the best possible support, clients are kindly requested to discuss their plans with the artist beforehand, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.✦ The artwork will be used by me (artist) as a sample, included in my social media and website, unless requested for privacy by the client.✦ All artworks are signed and this does not affect the artwork's composition.✦ While working on your commission, I will always send you WIP for you to check. You are very welcome to contact me and ask to see WIP from time to time as well. Please don't hesitate to give feedback too, and I recommended to give feedbacks at one time so I can work on your commission better (best before the lineart stage)✦ Commission may take anywhere from 3 days to 1 month. If you need exact deadline, we can discuss further!✦ I accepted payment through DrawMarket.✦ DO NOT use artwork for AI, NFT, copy, trace or purposes not discussed beforehand. If I found out, you'll be listed in my blacklist.✦ These terms may change without notice.

Artist & Client Rights
✦ Artist:
- Post artwork on social media and website, use as samples.
- Share the process (with images or videos) + include client credit.✦ Non-commercial client:
- Use as avatar or cover photo on social media.
- Post artwork on social media + include artist credit.
- Personal printing or gifting.
- No direct or indirect profit-making activities are permitted from commission.✦ Commercial client:
- Please discuss your plan with the artist beforehand for the best support.
- Commission may be used for direct or indirect profit.✦ Private client:
- The artist will not post artwork on social media, use it as samples, include it in a portfolio, or share the process.
Examples of direct profit and indirect profit:✦ Direct profit: directly using the commission to generate profit.
✦ Indirect profit: indirectly using the commission, such as in advertising banners, as a free gift with paid events, etc.
Examples: Printing commissioned artwork on t-shirts for sale ➜ direct profit.
Using artwork in YouTube banners that call for donations ➜ indirect profit.

b) Refund
✦ Artist cancelled (due to missed deadline, unforeseen circumstances, etc.):
- 100% refund (returning the amount paid by the customer) or continued payment plus compensation (gift, discount, etc.) as agreed upon.
✦ Client cancelled:
- Brief: 50% refund
- Line: 30% refund
- After the line stage: No refund

Work process
In cases where the artist suggests multiple sketches, color palettes, etc., the client is not allowed to reuse any rejected sketches.
